and a Happy New year!
I hope Everyone is getting into the spirit of the season and enjoying the Holiday feasting. This is the week I start getting all Santa and do my traditional last minute shopping and wrapping. Actually I really don’t start until Christmas Eve, its some what of a personal tradition born out of my talent for procrastination.
I don’t know why but nothing gets me more into Xmas than scrambling about the day before to get the gifts and things I need, for most this is a cause of unneeded stress, for me its actually kind of fun. Especially now that I get to buy toys for my brothers kids! I mean who doesn’t love taking a trip down the toy isle?
So i hope you all have a safe and happy Holiday and a great New Year! I will be celebrating New Years Day at Wachusett Mountain playing a little acoustic kid in the Coppertop Lounge which is really cool and I’m very excited about that.
In other news the physical CD’s for “All of This Dreaming” are taking a little longer than expected and I have decided to put off releasing those until after the Holiday. I’m working on some ideas to make the physical release a bit more interesting and hopefully I can put something together that will be really cool when the Cd’s are ready. Possibly a Blue Mermaid CD release party? we will have to see.
2009 has been a year of work for me but I am really looking forward to 2010 as I think it will be a year of fun!
